In addition to the 35K savings, we were also able to take advantage of both Federal and State Tax Credits by timing the signing of contract and close of escrow just right enabling me to an $18,000.00 tax credit. With Natasha's help I have saved a total of $53,000.00 on the purchase ofmy first property.
